  in the wake of hurricane harvey and with irma on the way gas prices in the carolinas have gone up significantly, which i understand. however, the most expensive gas in sylva is 2:59 right now, it was 2.80 at the travel center. I get that they manopopize the cullowhee area but capatilizing off of natural disaster to that extent, and off of struggling college students, is pretty lame. i go out of my way to not purchase gas from the TC. the staff is awesome! no complaints at all about the extremely progressional and friendly staff, just about the high prices (gas & otherwise)
